The Hays Arts Council is presenting a limited series of Summer Classes for young people in the visual, performing & literary arts. In keeping with COVID-19 precautions, our class sizes will be smaller than in previous years. We will be following safety practices of distancing during classes and have allowed more time for cleaning and sanitizing between classes. We ask that students be picked up within five minutes after class has ended - and, that students arrive no more than five minutes before their class begins.
